Move With Grace Organic Juice Bar is inspired by Grace's Caribbean/South American/Guyanese heritage. Her mother Joy was an amazing cook who exposed their family to fruits, roots and foods native to Guyana. I have made it my business to introduce soursop and sea moss outside of Brooklyn's West Indian neighborhoods and provide the education and access to the most rare and unique superfoods. Trends have never been important to my health journey. I was a vegan for 10 years starting at the age of 17 and completed my first juice fast in 2006 with the help of local wellness gurus and study books. Our food was created out of the need of a healthy food in the neighborhood and love for our community. With the reality of our community's health in mind, we provide options for every smoothie to reduce the sugar content and increase the quality of ingredients that nourish your body.  Move With Grace Yoga, Pilates & Organic Juice Bar is here for you with food truly made with love.
