An efficient, fast and effective workout. Get ready for one of the most effective workouts for building true strength, power, control and mind/body connection. In this 45min class we will work on classical exercises that will help you progress and get get stronger with every session. After the first class you will FEEL the results, After 3 sessions you will see results and after your 20th class you will unveil a brand new body. 


Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates as a blend of no-impact fitness, light stretching, coordination and Control for any body. Endurance and strength reign supreme in this alignment based form of movement. Pilates has been known to tone, strengthen, challenge the whole body while simultaneously help to rehab anatomical issues. All Levels.
